Rebecca Boyde is a Planning Consultant with over 13 years experience in both the public and private sector. Rebecca has a passion for sustainable development and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their planning ambitions.
Throughout the years Rebecca has dealt with a range of planning issues involving historic environment, waterfront developments and National Landscapes.

Rebecca has delivered successful outcomes across a wide variety of projects—from self-build homes and major residential schemes to change-of-use applications and marine industry developments. She excels at working with multiple stakeholders and navigating the complexities of the planning system.
Rebecca holds a BSc (Hons) from Bournemouth University and a Master’s degree in Planning, Practice and Research from Cardiff University. She became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) in 2020. Rebecca also sits on the Women In Property committee for the South West where she organises and hosts events for women within the industry.
